Turbosound Inspire Ip2000 1000 Watt Powered Column Loudspeaker - Black. I've used it for solo artists in small rooms and up to small bands in very busy medium sized rooms (large cafe) and it has never come close to not coping. Very loud and excellent sound quality.

Many people have commented on the sound quality. Personally I rate it above many traditional PA sytems - certainly takes up less space and provides an intersting talking point. Has a useful Bluetooth function and can apparently be controlled through an IOS app (i havent tried this being an Android user).
