Offered for sale is a Fostex 6301B powered diecast personal monitor speaker. It has a built-in amplifier with line-level input on 1/4-inch jack and requires 240v mains power for operation.

This rugged self-contained speaker is frequently found in TV and radio studios for monitoring comms/talkback or as a "check" speaker, in theatres for show relay, or anywhere that a compact self-powered monitor speaker is required. This Fostex 6301B has a number of scuffs, marks and dings from use, but nothing that affects its operation.

Drive unit: 10cm full range, single cone, 4 ohms. SPL: 84dB at 1 metre for 1 watt power.

Better than 10 watts RMS. Input level range: Usable with programme from approx -30dB to +15dB. 188 x 120 x 118mm. Collection from Kent is welcome, by arrangement.
